We came back again years later when driving through and again were so happy we did!We ordered (almost) every vegan dish from the menu, which turned into quite the feast. While it's hard to pick a favorite, the buns were especially delicious.The owners are so lovely and we also enjoyed spending time in the art gallery.

We had an amazing experience at Cai’s Dim Sum. They have incredible food and gluten free options. We had the gluten free scallion pancakes, spring roll, pork riblets, and mushroom dumplings which were all truly delicious! Adam and Cai are incredibly kind and considerate, we had a wonderful dinner and conversation. The art gallery is also a fantastic bonus! Highly recommend and would absolutely come back next time we’re in Vermont!

It's so rare to find dumplings and spring rolls and pancakes this good anywhere, let alone with vegan and gluten-free options, carefully labelled. I wish I had a place like this in my neighborhood.Icing on the cake was the art that shared the space. The owner gave us a generous tour of three unique galleries: a living Fluxus artist, industrial work using controlled burns, and precisely engineered metal and light sculptures. Good stories, good times. Go!

OMG!!! The food was fabulous - everything was delicious. I LOVE that there are vegetarian and vegan options. Also, the noodles were spicy as requested, which can be a challenge elsewhere, but Cai truly understands what spicy should be. YUM!!! HIGHLY recommend!

A delightful little spit hidden in West Brattleboro. The food was super tasty and the owners are EXTREMELY friendly. Cai and Adam practically welcomed us into their home as customers of their restaurant.The use of local produce along with traditional Chinese flavors was so amazing and felt very unique. I would definitely love to see more options for the dim sum menu in the future!!!

We placed a last-minute takeout order for a large family gathering and Cai's cheerfully accommodated us with an outstanding meal. The presentation was stunning -- esp a huge tray of fresh, crunchy spring rolls garnished with local flowers. All items were prepared with attention to detail. Great vegetarian options. So friendly.
