We came back again years later when driving through and again were so happy we did!We ordered (almost) every vegan dish from the menu, which turned into quite the feast. While it's hard to pick a favorite, the buns were especially delicious.The owners are so lovely and we also enjoyed spending time in the art gallery.
We had an amazing experience at Cai’s Dim Sum. They have incredible food and gluten free options. We had the gluten free scallion pancakes, spring roll, pork riblets, and mushroom dumplings which were all truly delicious! Adam and Cai are incredibly kind and considerate, we had a wonderful dinner and conversation. The art gallery is also a fantastic bonus! Highly recommend and would absolutely come back next time we’re in Vermont!
