100% worth the advanced planning to get a reservation.Vegetarian options: There are quite a few vegetarian options and there are a lot of things they will make vegetarian if requested. We had the vegetarian Sichuan pulled pork, among other things, and it was delicious.

Very mediocre food - I’ve had better Chinese takeout for 1/3 of the price. Not a lot of flavor and a lot of dishes were overly salty. The red Thai soup was quite good, but other than that all our other big plates and small dishes were disappointing. For $36/plate you’d think there would be more flavor. Wasn’t terrible food, but very mediocre and below average for Chinese food. Also portion sizes are a lot smaller than most family style Chinese restaurants.Service was nice and our waiter was very great at topping off our waters.

Amazing food!Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan gluten free options! The red Thai soup, mock eel, and fried green beans were delicious. They even had a coconut tapioca pudding!

Can’t speak on the food or atmosphere, but service was definitely zero stars. The customer service component nonexistent- unless you order dinner at 4

My son and I enjoyed the tasting menu! We particularly enjoyed the rice cakes! The service was top notch and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming!

I grew up in the Seattle area in Washington, and have quite a varied palette and have dined extensively in the numerous Asian restaurants in that city. In Vermont, the dining scene is quite a bit different so I've learned to lower my expectations a bit, but I was seriously surprised by how underwhelmed I was here, especially for the price. I have rarely had a bill so large, with such a disappointing meal. We received the tasting menu, which we've heard a lot of good things about, but honestly everything was a bit bland and underwhelming (Everything came out quickly and the servers were wonderful). On the dishes, everything had something missing in flavor it was all very one dimensional. For the price I was expecting delicate, tender delicious meat and vegetables in sauces that blew my mind, but instead I was just reminded of how good the Asian restaurants are in the Seattle area, and at less than 1/2 the price. For this meal, The sweetness of the carrots were overwhelmed by the sesame seed sauce, not complemented, the cilantro on top, was a tiny garnish, but should have been mixed throughout as the cilantro did complement and made the whole dish come together, but there was so little cilantro, many of my party couldn't experience a bite with all the flavors. The wrap, was very awkward to eat, as it was just folded over long ways, on itself but not like a spring roll, so the items would fall out on the ends, and it kind of just tasted like shrimp in a siracha cocktails sauce, I could have made that at home? Even the plain white rice which I usually love and get extra of at Asian restaurants, was bland, there just wasn't much fragrance or flavor (I didn't get the hint of jasmine fragrance) and it wasn't sticky, so I'm not sure what kind of rice or cooking method was used? The hot dishes, some were pretty good, but still seemed to miss some depth of flavor, either it was lacking in sweet, sour, salty, or just not enough umami. For the price I was expecting quite an amazing experience but just got something so so and the food didn't transport me in any way.

I've lived in China for a long time, so I've had my fair share of delicious and authentic Chinese food. The food we received was ok, definitely did not blow our minds. However, the price was quite mind blowing. $36 for a plate of stir fry, mostly veggies. $12 for a plate of sliced cucumbers (supposedly Sichuan style, but I don't think it was prepared with Black vinegar and chili oil, like the real dish). And a plate of regular canned peanuts as a "free appetizer", the same kind you get at any cheap dive bar.

The most delicious food. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about all the dishes. From the street you would never know what an spectacular place it is until you walk through those doors and into the most amazing place to eat in Vermont.

scrum! the mock eel was soooo good and I don't usually like mushrooms! also the double garlic broccoli was also a favorite. Our bartender Ryan was super kind and made it a great experience!! The host was also super accommodating and made sure we were able to get a seat at such a coveted restaurant! the pebble was delicious as well

I drive twenty minutes but it's worth it. The menu is huge and I always have a hard time deciding what to order. I've never been disappointed. Superb, and the service is good too.

First, I gotta say I'm not American. So I don't eat "American" Chinese food. If you are looking for authentic "AMERICAN" food, (e.g. general tso's chicken) this is def not the right place and def not worth the money. this place is more Taiwan style. I came here to have my dou hua. It's not the best I've had but def acceptable. (Yes it sucks to be East Asian in VT) But it's the only place that serves relatively more authentic Chinese food in Burlington. I even found some of the food way too salty for me (e.g. 3 cup chicken/tofu) instead of "bland", which was complained in many comments. But I guess it's bc we order completely different food. it's really nice to have so many vegetarian alternatives at a Chinese restaurant!!! Really love this part.

Our waitress was able to help us order a lot of vegan options! Food is absolutely amazing. Sesame ‘beef' is one of the best dishes in the city.
