Very mediocre food - I’ve had better Chinese takeout for 1/3 of the price. Not a lot of flavor and a lot of dishes were overly salty. The red Thai soup was quite good, but other than that all our other big plates and small dishes were disappointing. For $36/plate you’d think there would be more flavor. Wasn’t terrible food, but very mediocre and below average for Chinese food. Also portion sizes are a lot smaller than most family style Chinese restaurants.Service was nice...read full review
I grew up in the Seattle area in Washington, and have quite a varied palette and have dined extensively in the numerous Asian restaurants in that city. In Vermont, the dining scene is quite a bit different so I've learned to lower my expectations a bit, but I was seriously surprised by how underwhelmed I was here, especially for the price. 100% worth the advanced planning to get a reservation.Vegetarian options: There are quite a few vegetarian options and there are a lot of things they will make vegetarian if requested. We had the vegetarian Sichuan pulled pork, among other things, and it was delicious.
