Colleen and the entire team at Paradiso create an outstanding experience. From the impeccable vibes set by the vinyls, the rotation of art pieces they bring in, to the amazing drinks and dishes, I can’t recommend this spot highly enough!
First time in Vermont ever, and was blown away by the caliber of this particular establishment. Opted for a bunch of smaller plates to try as much as possible: the grenki, savory carrot pudding, allium tart, the float me to the moon, and the crème brûlée. The first four were flawless. Each had one ingredient I’d previously thought I hated, yet the taste of each was exceptional. Vibes are on point. Walking in, the music is smooth and warm. Sevice was unfathomably friendly, Sarah was phenomenal. Her recommendations were on point, but I'm uncertain if that's just because all the food and drink here are so good, or she has great taste; probably both. It is a little pricey, but worth every penny and then some. Wouldn't have changed a single thing.
