I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter last week and it was excellent! I recently moved to Brattleboro and until I found Top Tier Baking Co. I thought my only options for a birthday cake were local supermarkets. Even if there are other local bakeries I'd come back here because of the quality. Britni, the owner, is very talented and accommodating. I'm looking forward to trying her cupcakes! This is definitely a local business deserving of support.

Just had Sunday High Tea at the Hochelaga Inn, hosted by Top Tier Bakery. Absolutely delicious local tasties with an amazing, historic atmosphere. The host and owner of the bakery, Ksenia, was friendly, informative and knowledgeable and even took the time to give us a tour of the Inn. I would definitely recommend this experience for anyone looking for a sophisticated taste of Kingston!

The cake is so moist, incredible fillings with scrumptious flavors, and a nice frosting that doesn’t overwhelm the sweet tooth! I can’t wait to need another cake for a special event!

Top Tier Baking has the best cupcakes I ever tasted. I have been getting cupcakes from here for about a year now and they are always fresh and delicious. Top Tier Baking is not a regular bakery, you have to order the cupcakes in advance but it is well worth the wait.

Britni was amazing! She made 300 cupcakes and a small cutting cake for our wedding reception. They were absolutely delicious and the frosting was light and fluffy and not overly sweet. She offers so many great flavors, it was hard to narrow down to 4 for our big day! All of the guests loved them, and luckily we had some leftover to offer at our brunch the next morning

She was the perfect professional, offered great advice, made absolutely DELICIOUS treats, and took a bunch of random inspiration photos I sent her and turned it into a cool, simple, and chic cupcake display. On top of everything looking cool and running smoothly it all tasted heavenly and our guests raved about the delicious treats all night. Britni was also great at estimating how many cupcakes we would need for the number of guests we had, which was awesome because we had no idea; her expertise made the process easy and smooth. The day of the wedding, Britni set all of the cupcakes up for us and ensured that they were displayed beautifully. She also made sure that the set up was done at a time that would not disrupt any of the wedding festivities. (This was something I hadn't even thought of and I really appreciated that it was on her radar.) Once people started tasting the cupcakes, we had numerous guests approach us, raving about how delicious they were, asking who made them and where they could buy her cupcakes!
