Skratch Kitchen - VT’s best kept Secret - Hands down some of the best food I’ve had in Vermont and have been coming up here for since i was in diapers. Of all the new Ktown restaurants this one is probably my no. 1 favorite. The bbq-inspired menu is refreshingly creative, based on traditional American food staples but with a little something extra that gives it a little upscale flare and arouses the taste buds at the same time. The pulled pork tacos are so good I’ve ordered them at least 3 times.
