Skratch Kitchen - VT’s best kept Secret - Hands down some of the best food I’ve had in Vermont and have been coming up here for since i was in diapers. My wife and 2 kids ( 5 & 7) are big foodies and difficult to impress. We strolled in on a whim since we were staying at the woods across the street. Extremely clean, well maintained and amazing atmosphere with live music. First night we shared a few apps “side of sausage”, “corn dip” and had salads for dinnr, our kids both had chix fingers and fries. The chicken fingers were home made not something out of a bag frozen. We Came back the next night and tried the “crispy Brussels” & egg rolls, they were bomb! Tacos and fried chicken sandwich followed, topped it off with the “brookie” dessert. Equally as impressed the 2nd night. If your looking for real food made from scratch and not the typical Vermont ehh dishes than this is your place. I promise you will not be disappointed! Friendly staff, very attentive, and well mannered. The only thing i can’t understand is anyone giving this restaurant a bad review, unless it’s local competition that’s envious of this place nailing every plate they serve, and if that’s the case come and take notes from the chef here ! I wish the owners of this place nothing but the best for many many years to com. Thank you for the hospitality !

Great food, including burgers, wings, salads, and tacos. Very good beer selection as well. Combined with the pleasant atmosphere, this is our Killington favorite.

Of all the new Ktown restaurants this one is probably my no. 1 favorite. The bbq-inspired menu is refreshingly creative, based on traditional American food staples but with a little something extra that gives it a little upscale flare and arouses the taste buds at the same time. The pulled pork tacos are so good I’ve ordered them at least 3 times.

I came for dinner after a day of skiing Killington and was seated right away be a very friendly hostess. I asked her what her favorite meals were and she suggested the brisket Mac and cheese and the brisket tacos. The friendly waiter came right by and I ordered both and they were amazing!!! I highly recommend this place!

This is my second time to this place. Food is mediocre, just like somebody mentioned the tacos are huge but not edible.Service is bad. Disrespectful and careless. All they want is to make their tip. They give you a beer that’s flat and muddy, And they pretended this is how it should be. For brewery they should know better.atmosphere is OK for an apres ski. Though no live music o and can get very loud .Anyway, that’s our last time.I added a picture of the beer I ordered at the Restaurant but only after I made a polite scene and asked her to swap it. She was arguing that The beer should be muddy and flat as if it was my first time drinking Switchback. Only after I complained and they replaced the keg, Did I get a decent pour ( see the pic)I’ve been going to Killington for 25 years, the owner can check my reviews on Tripadvisor. It just places like this and such attitude that Ruins it for visitors.

After a one hour wait we were surprised by how bad the food was. The tacos were gigantic and simply did not taste good. The cauliflower was exploding with too much flavor and the chicken was gross quality and flavorless as was the bland rice. The corn bread was the best thing we had. Also the emcee for bingo/music was so loud it hurt our ears. We would never go back.

Good service and beer. It is also one of the few bar/grills open before 4pm when Killington closes.
