would have given five stars. although our service was good, the standard needs to be a little bit higher. service in general is not that great after covid, but if you are in a steakhouse you shouldn't be on your phone at the bar where I can see you. that's just my opinion. otherwise everything is five stars.

I was warned about this place, but I decided to give it a try because Zoey's was packed. I thought that maybe the Raven's Den wouldn't be so bad. And I'll start with the positives. The host who seated me was friendly and I enjoyed the decor and the cozy fire. However, the meal was mediocre at best and the portions were tiny. The food was also expensive. I had the haddock dish with the ritz crackers, since I'm not a red meat eater. I thought that a steak joint usually also has good seafood, but this wasn't the case at the Raven's Den. I've actually had better fish in diners. And while the meal wasn't horrible, for the $65 (including the tip), the food should have been excellent, not just tolerable.Vegetarian options: (There was a vegetarian pasta dish on the menu. Maybe, I should have ordered that instead).

Avoid this place. Service was very slow (45min wait for food) and our server did absolutely bare minimum. Served my 14 yr old an alcoholic drink instead of the ordered mocktail. Wife’s wine glass was dirty and brought a new one for us to pour the wine into the new glass vs replacing the entire drink. Food was average.

Hostess was terrible, waited for 20 minutes to be greated. The waiter tried his best but couldn't handle more than one table, food was awful, drinks weren't that bad but were expensive. The guy that filled the water was great though. Been waiting for close to 20 minutes for them to bring the check.

We went in on a slow Monday evening. It was just what we were looking for. Absolutely delicious meal. Our service was top notch. We plan to go again when passing through.
Amazing experience. The food was to die for, the restaurant is beautiful and the service was impeccable. I would recommend to anyone for every occasion. 10/10

We ordered catering from them for my boyfriend's 30th birthday weekend in Vermont! Nancy was extremely helpful and responsive as she went back and forth with me to finalize the menu and details, they were even kind enough to make us a custom dish per request.I cannot recommend them highly enough, our party of 30 was very happy with the food especially the steak! Everything was delicious and the service was exceptional! I'll definitely visit the place when we're back in Vermont!

This restaurant is one of the top restaurants ive been to. Tom was very friendly and gave us our drinks very quickly and was just in general a great guy. The host was funny and made us enjoy our experience even more. The caesar salad is top tier aswell as the blueberry cheesecake. The scenery was beautiful and the place was very welcoming. 100% recommend, will definitely go here again! ?

Overall, my experience was very positive. However, I have two gripes:- They charged a credit card surcharge (which I wasn't expecting - it wasn't a lot, but I would have appreciated knowing up-front).- The Beef Stroganoff was very runny; it actually resembled soup.I didn't see a salad bar, but the family style salad and bread sticks offered to the table were more than enough... And the salad was delicious (especially the dressing).Overall, I would go back, but I wouldn't order the Stroganoff again (and I'd probably bring cash).
