What a great little place for authentic Mexican food. The guacamole was perfection. Tamales and tacos were excellent as well. I drive 45 minutes to get there when I can

The food is just so good. The food tastes loved, ya know? My quesadilla (white girl Mexican grilled cheese) felt like a hug. My friend RAVED about the mole. My husband's tamales were Gone before I sat down. Don't forget to tip and tip well.

First time going tonight, street taco trio and some tamales! Great authentic food, and great staff!

The best atmosphere and authentic food of its kind. Much more than just tamales but don't hesitate to order one of those either

Takes orders online and is closed when you arrive for pickup. Tried to order on two different occasions and both were miserable failures. I imagine (because I've not actually been able to get any) the food is awesome, but the management needs LOTS of work. Disappointed and hope somebody attempts to rectify.

making tamale easy any addict in town could do it! How about you learn how to make them where the masa comes out flavorful and firm but not dry, while filling the spices right. You spice with what tast like Walmart brand. Never ate cardboard or shoe leather but I guarante that’s what you get here! Way over priced! Tamales should melt in your mouth like butter, You make cardboard! Abuelita and mamá would be ashamed

staff is super friendly, clean and food is delicious

Delicious, so very good! Portions were generous. Had 4 tamales, 2 burritos and 2 street tacos between us. Had some to take home. Flavors will challenge and inspire a North American pallete. Fresh ingredients and great pricing.

The flame toasted crunch of the quesadilla is something that is appreciated greatly. I recommend stopping in and giving it a shot! Remember to bring your cold hard cash since this venue is cash only (there is an ATM if needed). Mexican coca cola is a great touch too (it uses cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup and is offered in a glass bottle instead of a can both of which will convert you to never going back to regular soda again!)

Missed our home in CA Bay Area, so when we saw the photos here on our first night in Vermont, we were so happy. We were right to stop in because everything we tried was great, and it's hard to find good food like this. Do yourself a favor-- stop in and try a few things. Support local!

So good! The mole tamale was awesome. Very flavorful and moist. The queso birria tacos were full of cheesy goodness. We'll be back!

Delicious Mexican food in Rutland, at last! Chicken mole is smokey, spicy and superb for $10! Authentic food made with care and attention to detail. Can’t beat it! CA$H ONLY

Out of this world Chicken mole! Authentic with the most amazing blend of spice. Have been three times and it’s been consistent with portions and quality, which is tough to find in Rutland. The tamales were fantastic as well as the tacos… the meat is tender and flavorful. The handmade corn tortillas are phenomenal. Cash only!

This is a great restaurant! It recently opened and I can't say enough good things of how delicious their food is.
