I went in here with my autistic daughters and the two guys that were working was so rude to us when we walked in their was no one to be seen they were both in the back they both came out and acted as if we interrupted something and having kids with any disability is rough as it is and trying to get something to eat and everyone is looking at the menu trying to figure out what we all want the guys were rushing us to order while I was telling them what I wanted my kids was looking at the menu the guys said to me are they going to order because they’re not telling me anything it would have been fine if he didn’t say it with an attitude to where one of my kids said never mind I don’t want anything. If you don’t like your job then just quit and if you’re having issues outside of work then leave your problems at the door before you walk in for work. I only gave one star just so I could leave this review.

As a fast food worker myself so i understand VERY well about how good supply issues are growing. I understand not being able to offer certain ingredients due to them not being available, it happens. However. EVERY single time i place an order online and pay 2$ extra for Avocado on my sandwich there is NEVER any. I’m the last person to act like a “Karen” or let alone even complain about awful service, but this is genuinely infuriating. Like i said it happened about 7 times in a row for the lesser part of the last year or so and i let it go. Infact once they even left me with a cookie or two which was a wonderful solution to the problem. Which bothers me is that since that one time many months ago, they’ve left off the avocado and didn’t say a single word. i’ll go pick up my order as the employees give me a death glare. No marking or warning that the avocado was replaced, Most definitely not an increase of other ingredients to make up for the 2 dollar item im not getting, But most annoyingly they didn’t say a word! Why just stare at me awkwardly instead of letting me know you ripped me off? Or hey, throw in a $1 cookie to make up for it like you guys did one time. I always tipped well so i don’t know what the issue was. Do better lol

I went to this subway two times about a week apart. Both times Jay made my sandwiches, and both times he was not pleasant. He seemed annoyed at everything I asked for, and when I asked for guac he said "you should have told me that earlier". Isn't it his job to ask me what I want? The second time I went he asked "for here or to go?" and I said "to go." He obviously didn't hear me, because he started at me annoyed and then repeated "for here or to go?" in a frustrated tone. I then repeated it, and he didn't even tell me to have a nice day when I payed. He is also unpleasant to his coworkers.

Skip this one and go to the other subway in Rutland, they put as little toppings on as they can. Like a sprinkle of everything, the people were nice but I’ll go to the other one. Meh.

Honestly, probably the greatest place to go for a small Valentines day lunch. Very affordable and hopefully made one of the staffs day, because we couldn't choose on what type of bread we wanted we decided to say "dealers choice". All n all, a very friendly place. We will most certainly be back! The picture below is the great garlic! Absolutely delicious!!

Dropped my sandwich just outside the door and they couldn't give me a new one, nice customer service, could of offered another small sandwich. Never go again

There is ways to wrapping a sub with napkins and placed in a subway bag so there is no slippage of the sub out of its wrapping. 3 people,1 a manager who was of no help and understanding of how subs napkin, carry bag. ( make the sub, wrap sub in a nice and tight subway wrapper, wrap napkin around pre wrapped sub and place thy sub and napkins in a subway easy cary bag. Let's do some more in depth training on how to finsh off the making of a sub. No hair nets for a kid with long hair and has not seen a shower in past 4 days and making subs, (Really) Have we truly lost care and concern for the people who buy from the subway. Pass on going back there. Wow, just wow. So Frustrating.

I was having a really bad day and my brain was frazzled when I tried to order, thinking that getting some food in my system might make me feel better. Travis and Kaylee listened to me vent and were so friendly and pleasant. They made me feel like a valued customer even though I'm not from their town. I haven't met two employees with that nice of customer service, even from fancy restaurants. Not only were they kind and patient with me, but they told me they hoped my luck would turn around. Honestly, you have at least 2 wonderful employees at this location and I hope they know how much of rockstars they are, individually and together. Thank you Travis and Kaylee (I hope I spelled it correctly).

Visited this Subway while on vacay, employee was so friendly and my subs were delicious!!! I wish we had this service at my local Subway. Keep up the good work!

The Subway I went to tonight with my child, the 2 employees working ended up yelling at another customer in the shop and literally THROWING my subs at them. It was ridiculous and completely out of line. I will not be going back there.
