Drive-thru experience. Got off the highway, needed a coffee. Got a coffee. Asked for 1 cream, 1 sugar. I think they added a 0 to that orger and got a coffee with 10 sugars. Coffee was undrinkable unless you like super sweet coffee. Prank? Not sure. Had to do another stop for coffee. At least the drive-thru was less than 3 minutes...
For an establishment that is constantly understaffed and lacking many qualities of a functional restaurant. There is a select few employees that are fighting through it and still producing quality service even during a rush.

The drive thru never listens when order is placed and you tell them 3 times and they still get it wrong. I can understand this some but don't give me attitude because you got the order wrongThey need to stop hiring kids in high school and placing them as a Manger as they are not mature enough for that yet
