The pharmacy is terrific, professional, and friendly, and they were able to work with me to get my second vaccine shot even though a scheduling error had sent me to the wrong Hannaford. I was in and out without issue
The manager, Brian Z. was incredibly rude and unprofessional to me. I came in and selected about $70 worth of groceries including some alcoholic margarita mix. When I handed him my ID he immediately said "no." I'm 22 years old and expressed to him that it was real. I had recently gotten a new ID and offered to show him my emails with my state government. She had screamed at myself and another customer while she was mopping. All she needed to do was ask us nicely to be careful walking. We are not children.
