Red Barn ice cream is a unique place since they have custom and seasonal ice cream flavours made with locally sourced ingredients from Vermont. In fall, they sell a maple soft serve which is a must try! They also sell goods from local farms such as maple cookies, maple syrup, jellies, salsa verde etc. Purchasing from Red Barn is the true essence of supporting local businesses :)
The service was so wonderful; I am glad I stumbled upon this ice cream shop while shopping around in Stowe! Inside is a sweet tooth's dream with treats lining the walls and tons of ice cream flavors to choose from! The server kindly let me sample the ice cream as I tried to decide what I wanted - I chose the black raspberry ice cream, which was so creamy and delicious!
