“My husband and I are two former baristas trained by Counter Culture. The coffee and tea drinks were delicious, the atmosphere is great, there’s a nice spot for kids to play with the toys provided and they sell some cute local items. Great spot!Kid-friendliness: Nice alcove away from the door for kids to play, color or read books.“

“Food was very good. The front counter help was friendly and helpful. Prices are still very reasonable even with the 16% included tip. I certainly would go back.Looking at the reviews I'd probably just raise your prices around 8% and most people will leave at least 10%“

“Went in with a group of 5 of us. We were immediately seated without a reservation. I ordered the steak, medium, and had a couple of Jamesons. Generous pour on the drink which I appreciated. The steak was a little over cooked. It came with fries which were really just okay. I will say the creme brulee was really good, definitely try that. The rest in the party had the hamburgers which they said were really good. For the price point I should have ordered the burger. Our server was informative and friendly. Overall it was good experience but not a 5 star experience imo. Nice for dinner after a hard day of skiing.“

“Everything here is local, fresh, and made from scratch. Red and baking embodies the true vermont feels. When you walk in you are greeted with the fresh baked bread smell. The dining chairs are everything you would expect of a New England charm breakfast joint. You can tell how proud the owner is by all the chalk on the walls. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It felt like everyone wanted to be there and was proud to be there. Unfortunately, I had to take my breakfast to go but I feel like I could hang out here for a while. In fact there were a couple people playing games at the tables.Food: I had the coffee made with honey, which is supposed to be a local favorite. Now I am very particular about my coffee and I was quite impressed. This was a unique flavor and i'm more than happy to have it again. The breakfast sandwich was made with their own bread. I would have chosen a different type of bread for an egg and cheese sandwich but You can taste the home made difference. The sandwich otherwise lacked flavor. Perhaps if I had ordered it with meat It would have been better. It may have needed a little more salt Or some type of sauce To really bring everything out.At the end of the day, if I ever drive through this area again. I will make sure to stop here.“
