“After travelling for two weeks up the coast from DC and having had eaten everything from fast food to five star I was not looking good forward to another “pub” meal. Boy was I wrong.As a vegetarian I was amazed to see four vegetarian options as mains (many more as shared plates) that did not include fish! Such a unique menu with amazing flavours that all work so well together.I won’t stop thinking about this dinner for awhile and I would highly recommend!”

“Had an amazing meal at Thai Smile. The food was very good and it was prepared with incredible speed. As always, had to get a Thai iced tea which was excellent. The server was kind and helpful. “Came in the offseason and didnt have too much trouble securing a reservation, though i expect its much harder during ski months. We were very surprised and pleased with the skate cheeks, which i hadnt encountered before. Tasted like oysters with the texture of flounder. The hen of the wood toast was good but not super impressive, much more of a breakfast item than we expected, but had to get a titular item! The mushroom torteloni were good, and i was impressed with the braised rabbit (no bones!). The lemon cheesecake was a delight as well!”

“When in Vermont, you HAVE to visit the Ben & Jerry's Factory. The place is on the way to other attractions that are a must-see in Vermont. We first started with the tour. The tour collects in the gift shop that has fun branded things to buy as well as their ice cream!! The tour was cute. It wasn't long. They took us through the factory and the process of making the ice cream. We ended the tour in the test kitchen where we got to sample some of the new Churro ice cream, which was delish! They have a shop where you can buy cups, cones, and even a HUGE sundae to share. The ice cream shop itself got really busy with patrons. I also wish there were more Vermont-exclusive flavors. The only one they had had nuts in it, so I decided against it. In the summer, they have tables that you can sit out outside and the garage door of the scoop shop looks to open which creates a nice al fresco situation. There is a photo op with the Ben and Jerry's van. Next, head over to the flavor graveyard! Notes: Buy your tickets in ADVANCE. They are only open on certain days, so plan ahead.”

“Every single thing here is absolutely delicious. My husband and I have been coming here for the last couple of years. Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing, blueberry muffins are wonderful (and I don’t typically like blueberry muffins), their granola bars are so good I order them in bulk, overnight oats are the best on the way to the ski mountain, and can’t ever resist a cinnamon roll.Lisa is super friendly and nice and the owner/chef is always posting adorable videos of her dog and enticing bakery items. I love that they are only open a few days a week otherwise I’d be spending way too much money there!”

“Great stop for breakfast and especially pancakes if you are on a visit to Vermont like us. We were so happy to have tried some Vermont maple syrup before our drive to Boston. I paired my plate with a cup of hot Vermont cider that was cozy and delicious. Service was a bit understaffed for the breakfast rush having one person manning most of the dining room. However he was very kind. We ordered a second side of bacon for my boyfriend's pancakes and alerted the server of the same. He apologized and said that he would get it to us but it never came during the time it took us to finish our meals. I will say that one side of bacon ($4) might be enough for two depending on how hungry you are. We were stuffed by the time we were done after eating our huge pancake and sharing one order of bacon.”

“Stopped here out of exasperation and to use the restroom. I decided to get a sandwich and I was very surprised at the quality of the vegetables. Definitely better than your average Subway in terms of veggies, bread and meats. Staff was friendly as well. It'll definitely do in a pinch after being stuck in Stowe traffic!”

“Great food. Sunday night early dinner 5:30. Took 20 minutes to be greeted with 2 small children. Risky. The beer selection was stellar, waitress was friendly, only checked on us once. The food was great. I would go back. Hope the waitresses can be a bit faster next time.”

“I wish I never went here because now I have to go my entire life knowing a place this amazing exists and it’s not available to me everyday. We got ice coffees, breakfast sandwiches, chocolate chip muffins, and cinnamon rolls, and each of those items were respectively the best I’ve ever had. The pure euphoria I felt while eating their cinnamon rolls can not matched by any drug in world. I would recommend this to anyone within 10,000 miles of Stowe!”

“Fabulous find. Stopped for breakfast on, the way to watch my son race⛷️I had the blue berry, Spinich & Brie toasted sandwich. It was so delicious, we stopped on the way back for lunch. I had the same thing! Everything was fresh and delicious. Spent time looking at all the treasures & handcrafted items for sale.”

“We stopped in for dinner during our trip to Stowe. The food was really good. Our waitress forgot our fries and the kitchen had closed, so that was a bummer. She did compensate us though and that was nice. Overall, it’s worth the wait if you can’t get a reservation.”
