“We had a really good time at Elixir restaurant in WRJ VT tonight. The menu had several starter options and two pages of dinner entree options. I had a difficult time deciding what to order because everything sounded yummy.Our waiter was very informative and super friendly. He was able to share some great details about individual menu options such as how something is made, the flavor profile, the quality , etc.. He asked questions about our preferences and was very attentive. He made us feel like our experience and satisfaction mattered. The food was so delicious!We started with the coconut curry mussels. They were cooked perfectly and the coconut curry broth was well balanced and loaded with flavor. The mussels were served with a nice local bread that held up well for soaking up the broth. I ordered the Island Farro Salmon and my date ordered the Shrimp Scampi. Both dishes were seasoned well and cooked perfectly. I was also surprised how quickly our food was served. The portions were perfect size too - not too little nor too much food. We both finished our plates and were satisfied but decided to split a dessert because they have bananas foster bread pudding with a rum caramel sauce. It was served with their own homemade vanilla ice cream. Sooo yummy!! A must try!We were also impressed at the waiter wiping the crumbs off our table after our dinner and before dessert.The atmosphere is relaxed.“

“It's a diner, with the full diner experience. All the menu items that you would expect. I got the Joker, with hash. Eggs over medium, as ordered, everything else delicious and hot. Buddy had eggs benedict, cleaned his plate. Coffee kept coming and no one seemed concerned that we stuck around a little longer to catch up. We didn't overstay our welcome as they were getting busy.“

Great glass blowing demonstration downstairs.Halibut was fabulous, cod was delicious, muscles were done perfectly, lamb was done perfectly. “Extremely impressed they were packed only 4 people working food was still great the staff was busting their butts, didn't show they were stressed and made it a pleasant experience. One cook 2 servers and one person doing dishes. And they were still faster then fast food restaurants I will definitely go back to this location“

The Caesars salad was probably one of the best I've ever had. The peppery poiver Steak was the definition of savory. “This was definitely a good choice for us! The food was absolutely amazing and the chocolate lava cake was wayyyy to good. Our server, Ilena B. was so sweet and nice, very friendly and was right on top of things without being in our faces all the time. We enjoyed talking to a Buckeye fan! “What a cool spot! We stopped in for breakfast burritos before hitting the road. We were greeted promptly at the window & received our burritos freshly made to order within minutes! Takeout only at this time so we enjoyed them in the car. Just delicious with really good sausage (not the frozen link kind!!). Would definitely recommend.“

“Chicken Carlo was good. Large portions. Came with fries and half of a fried chicken. Chicken was delicious and juicy but the fries were overcooked. My wife had spinach and black bean lasagna it was overcooked and dry out crispy and not tasty. Should have sent it back but it was long in waiting to be served. Portions was small.“

They cover the table in brown paper and give you crayons (even the adults) which is super fun.Service needs work. We ordered another round after dinner and the server rushed us out before we were even halfway finished. (She literally said something like “you need to leave so I can make money”) I would understand if we were really lallygagging but it couldn’t have been more than 5 minutes after she brought us the round (that she suggested).Overall, we will be back!“

“We did an overnight here this past weekend and had a really nice stay. The Inn is obviously very old, but it's also very well taken care of. The place was warm and inviting, and it had a very cheerful vibe. Enjoyed the tavern and beers they brew there as well. Hope to stay again sometime.“

“Great customer service! I ordered food to be delivered to my workplace yesterday and doordash did not deliver it to the right place (not boloco's fault). One of the owner's CJ immediately reached out to me and made sure the order was remade and got delivered to me at work today. I also got a free cookie. CJ was extremely communicative and helpful, I've never had a restaurant be so committed to making things right! And the food was great :)“

Mozz sticks hit the spot as well, and my partner was happy with his chicken sandwich. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and looking for pub food.
