The only thing that this place needs is more room for cars to wait in line. If you see it empty then don't hesitate to get your drink. It is often busy. Night time can get sketchy though as this town has a lot of night walkers.
My husband dislikes change more than anything. When we moved to Airway Heights, he was anxious about his coffee since he buys a cup most days and he needed to find a new spot. In my opinion, Jacobs has the best coffee in Spokane and he agrees. He's been a regular there for a couple of years now and the girls remember exactly what he likes and how he likes it.
