“Store 10177 is the best bucks around. I commute to work from North Spokane and make a point to stop at this specific one. All the baristas are friendly and make conversation. Never had any issues with any of my orders. Food items always fresh and warm. Wait times are here and there given the weekends and lunch hours as expected but have always proved to be worth it. Thanks staff and keep up the exceptional work. It’s rare these days!“
“We were looking for yogurt or parfaits for breakfast. Unfortunately there were out of them. We got a skinny Carmel latte, granola bar and cereal. The Marketplace is the closest coffee shop to our room. The place was quite busy in the morning. Casual seating, Pendleton gifts, t shirts and snacks. Free WiFi.“

“This store was very nice- an awesome location and definitely set up for an area that has a number of students, since is right down the road from a college. The lighting and overall feel was great. My only issue that I had, and mind I have worked in a couple of very busy coffee shops myself and know how following steps to prepare a drink and making sure that you are completing the requests if the clients can be, but the customer service felt very scripted and never had anyone here actually look me in the eyes. And maybe I am being overly critical, but the only the staff didn't have a stone faced look, was when they had a lul and started talking to one another. I am not saying that my experience was a bad one. Like I've said it has an awesome energy, but a smile goes a long way. Thank you.“
