I ordered through the app with a lot of food for two people that I would pick up. I don't usually go to Arby's but my partner loves Arby's. I went to pick up the order and the instructions didn't match my experience as I was told to pick up my order inside on a shelf and there was no shelf. I went to the counter and they asked my name and gave me my order. I went home and discovered it was only half of my order and 4 of 6 sandwiches were missing. Store was understaffed. One person was running herself ragged between the front counter and the drive through while the other guy was off somewhere. The vestibule to either side of the store was too small and hard to get through with a wheelchair. The lobby/dining area was clean and well maintained. Didn't see the restroom. ? =^..^=

Got the good burger meal with the shake, turkey sandwich meal and macaroni and cheese bites. The good burger is supposed to be part waigu and husband did say it was a better burger surrounded by sub par ingredients. He also didn't get his fries and instead got another macaroni bites. Turkey sandwich was... what it was, nothing impressive. Only other complaint is the use of cheap paper straws, they don't even work right out of the wrapper in plain soda, let alone a shake.
