My husband and I had SuBI on Bainbridge Island today for lunch, it was so delicious. The misoyaki black cod was amazing, as were the rolls. I particularly loved the salmon crunch roll. We will be back!
Cozy ambiance, prompt and courteous service. We just love the miso butterfish with a side of shrimp tempura. A little dish of octopus and pickled cucumbers is a great way to get your taste buds activated.

Where do I want to go eat when I'm celebrating something big? SuBI! I can't think of any other restaurant that leaves me with such a warm feeling of satisfaction as I'm walking out the door after an amazing meal. It's fun to try out a new sushi roll sometimes, but I've also got such a list of favorites that it never gets old to just order an old stand-by. What a gem to have here on our little island!
