“Stopped by for the first time on Fat Tuesday and I am glad I did. Grabbed some jambalaya for myself and the wife along with a piece of King Cake. The jambalaya might have been the best I've ever had. If not it was real close. I loved it! The rice was cooked perfectly and the sausage and chicken were both delicious. The cake was ok, not the best I've had but that's alright. I did get the baby, so there's that.If I had a complaint it's that the gumbo wasn't available. I really wanted to try it. I don't like that it is only available once a week, same with the jambalaya. But I will be back to try it for sure.“

“Amazing place to grab a quick, delicious bite and a great conversation. Customer service is outstanding, I did a pickup and they kept insisting over the phone to stay in my car and they would bring the food out to me so I didnt get rained on. I had the All New Big Burger that was just put on their menu today, the wife and I loved it! It had a generous helping of pulled pork, a huge beef patty, crispy onion rings, fried jalapeños and that amazing balckberry bbq sauce. We also had their bone in blackberry wings, had a great spice and wings were perfect. Like I said, great food and great customer service!“

Parking is challenging as it is in middle of the town. This is a food cart so no seating options. “We've been wanting to try Normitas for a while, and we saw they were coming to Washougal, so we had to try it since they were right by us. It did not disappoint!! I got the three chicken poblano tacos, and my husband got the chicken poblano burrito. They were both delicious!!!! I went back and ordered an esquite for us to share, and that was fantastic as well! “I have been going to this taco truck for 4 years now. I love my street tacos and out of all the taco trucks I been to in Clark County this one is the best. $2 a taco and the meat is always fresh tender and the red salsa they make is very good. Has a nice heat with very good flavor. Also service is always good the lady working the register is kind always a smile and food comes out fairly quick even if their slammed on a lunch rush.Keep up the good work because I always come back for more ??“
“Just had the #3 Mark’s Philly and it was phenomenal. Whatever they use to achieve the spicy flavor is delicious. Price is a little on the higher side for lunch but price is comparable to other Philly shops in this area. I will be back again.“
“If you can get past the sticker shock of $5 a pop, you’ll be pleasantly surprised and happy with some pretty damn delicious tacos. The shells hold their shape and are both pliable and crispy at the same time, while the ingredients are amazingly flavorful. It was recommended to me to get the Cheeseburger tacos, so I opted for 2 of those and then 2 of their new Chicken Gyro tacos…which stole the show. The chicken is fantastic, nice and spicy. It worked really well. Don’t get me wrong the cheeseburger ones were great, but the chicken was my favorite. Pair it with delicious Fortside beers and you’re in for a good time. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.“
“First of all I want to say I will definitely come back for another chance and the lady who served me was incredibly kind!I am a little disappointed with the sandwich. I liked the bread but it wasn't as sturdy as a baguette and the veggies were very fresh and abundant, but overall it lacked flavor. The sauce helped but the unseasoned ground pork wasn't very enjoyable. It was also very sloppy and almost everything fell out as I was trying to eat it. I do appreciate the copious amount of napkins because I needed all of them.I think I will try the beef or chicken next time“

“I love street tacos and it’s so hard to find a good spot that offers lengua (and does it right). I live in Salmon Creek / Vancouver, and happened upon this place while on an errand in Battle Ground. I will definitely be making the drive back!!This lengua was cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, flavorful. The onions and cilantro were fresh and chopped to the perfect size for a perfect bite. The hot sauces were both great, but I preferred the green with a squeeze of lime. The tortillas were so soft I could have snuggled them. I’m debating ordering more before heading home, but either way I’ll be a repeat customer.“
