“Stopped by for the first time on Fat Tuesday and I am glad I did. Grabbed some jambalaya for myself and the wife along with a piece of King Cake. The jambalaya might have been the best I've ever had. If not it was real close. I loved it! The rice was cooked perfectly and the sausage and chicken were both delicious. The cake was ok, not the best I've had but that's alright. I did get the baby, so there's that.If I had a complaint it's that the gumbo wasn't available. I really wanted to try it. I don't like that it is only available once a week, same with the jambalaya. But I will be back to try it for sure.“

His al pastor tacos are so delicious and they do put pineapple which is a 10+ for me! Real authentic Mexican tacos and seafood tacos! “Grabbed a to-go lunch from here. Food was good. Lots of vegetarian options and meat options. Tried Veg Fried rice and Pad Kee Mo with tofu. Both tasted good. Medium spice level hit the spot. Parking is challenging as it is in middle of the town. This is a food cart so no seating options. “I have been going to this taco truck for 4 years now. I love my street tacos and out of all the taco trucks I been to in Clark County this one is the best. $2 a taco and the meat is always fresh tender and the red salsa they make is very good. Has a nice heat with very good flavor. Also service is always good the lady working the register is kind always a smile and food comes out fairly quick even if their slammed on a lunch rush.Keep up the good work because I always come back for more ??“
“Just had the #3 Mark’s Philly and it was phenomenal. Whatever they use to achieve the spicy flavor is delicious. Price is a little on the higher side for lunch but price is comparable to other Philly shops in this area. I will be back again.“
“If you can get past the sticker shock of $5 a pop, you’ll be pleasantly surprised and happy with some pretty damn delicious tacos. The shells hold their shape and are both pliable and crispy at the same time, while the ingredients are amazingly flavorful. It was recommended to me to get the Cheeseburger tacos, so I opted for 2 of those and then 2 of their new Chicken Gyro tacos…which stole the show. The chicken is fantastic, nice and spicy. It worked really well. Don’t get me wrong the cheeseburger ones were great, but the chicken was my favorite. Pair it with delicious Fortside beers and you’re in for a good time. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.“
“First of all I want to say I will definitely come back for another chance and the lady who served me was incredibly kind!I am a little disappointed with the sandwich. I liked the bread but it wasn't as sturdy as a baguette and the veggies were very fresh and abundant, but overall it lacked flavor. The sauce helped but the unseasoned ground pork wasn't very enjoyable. It was also very sloppy and almost everything fell out as I was trying to eat it. I do appreciate the copious amount of napkins because I needed all of them.I think I will try the beef or chicken next time“

“If I could give this restaurant more stars, I would. A truly delightful experience with plenty of gluten-free and dairy-free options! As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I was immediately acknowledged by Ingrid herself. I found her to be welcoming and so very friendly. The restaurant has a chill cafe vibe.One of the most unique things I ate there was the beet hummus. I thought the beet hummus (gluten free and dairy free) was phenomenal! Hands down, the most fun hummus I ever had. The bulgogi beef paleo bowl was my favorite gluten free dish here! Quite a lot of protein for one meal. It tasted like real bulgogi to me. I would estimate 70% of the menu is gluten free, with exception to the wraps and the flatbread that goes with the hummus.Don't get me started on the sauces :) I love how customizable the dishes are as in you can pick the sauce you want in most dishes. I really appreciated Ingrid's suggestions and loved the BBQ sauce with the chicken. It wasn't too spicy for me; it was tang at its finest. I absolutely loved the Romesco, it was the first time I had ever heard of it and got to try. If you haven't had Romesco, I would recommend it (has nuts).Lots of delicious vegetarian and vegan options. Vegan options include Eat More Plants Bowl, Falafel Wrap, Beet Hummus and the salads (request without the feta).I felt really good after eating the food too. I loved that it tasted good and was healthy. I think it has the best healthy food and vegetarian options in Vancouver WA.
