“10 out of 10!!!! The staff is very very nice and always super attentive and detailed. The atmosphere is clean, it is decorated nicely, and I love to take my family here! We love everything, especially the specialty "House roll" sushi, noodles, fried rice, and Xiao long boa (dumplings)! The food is fresh, it tastes very good, and you get a good-sized portion. ?“
“Hi, I'm a sushi addict. Unfortunately, this place opened three blocks from my home. I would guess I eat from there 3-4 times a week. The prices are reasonable, the staff is very lovely, the Rock n Roll is outstanding. Delivery, dine-in, pick-up (even hamachi!). Yummy, yummy, yummy. Please, please give them a try so they stay close. Signed. Addicted to Sushi.“
“For a revolving sushi bar, this place is top notch! The service is fast and friendly and the servings are well worth the money. I was honestly not expecting anywhere near as large of portion sizes as I received and was very happy when I saw! The bubble tea here is also fantastic!“
“This is Vancouver's best sushi restaurant. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I ordered calamari, gyoza, tempura shrimp, and egg rolls for appetizers .For the main course we ordered the Sashimi combo. Various tuna, red snapper, and salmon nigiri. And a tsunami roll. The food was excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The service is great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The atmosphere is relaxing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I highly recommend this place ?“
“Food is delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is my go-to sushi restaurant, the whole experience has been great every timeVegetarian options: The Miso soup was good, I didn’t realize it came with tofu which was a pleasant surprise when it did. Also had the cucumber roll, the cucumber was crispy fresh.“
“Thiw place has the best sushi in town i've ever had! Very fresh and tasty! The best tamago i've tasted, and i'm not the biggest fan personally. Definitely worth every penny! And if you're not into sushi, they have a lot of other staple japanese fare- yakisoba, udon, veggie tempura, katsu... all amazing. Please give them a try if you're in the area!“
“Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian rolls and they will make the noodles dishes vegetarian if askedDietary restrictions: Plenty of vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: They enjoyed having our two young kids around and had no issues with them making a mess under the table or being slightly noisy at times.“
“Conveyor belt sushi, happy hour plates are $2.50Decent selection of the usual suspects, delicious tea, nice music. I generally go here on casual outings, but it would be just fine for a date.Vegetarian options: They have tamago (sweet omlette) sushi, edamame, miso soup, vegetable tempura, and seaweed salad.“
“My friends and I came here kinda late yesterday night but it was still fabulous. The men working were very sweet and when we all sat down, they gave us a marker and menu so we could circle the items we wanted. The food? Amazing. I discovered that the sweet potato tempura roll is easily one of my new favorite rolls, simple but delicious. A lot of us did happy wiggles in our seat while eating because everything was so good. The plates were also reasonably priced! There were five of us chowing down and the total was a little over $100- that's including some ramen and drinks too. We decided that'll be one of "Our Places" for whenever we all decide to get together for dinner again.“
“Never write reviews about places, but gen sushi is special. Always a go to, and the staff has always been nothing but amazing. Several times while dining I’ve been offered free samples of things that sometimes aren’t even on the menu. Such a great experience, 10/10“
