Great restaurant and relaxing bar area! I got the fish and chips and it was the best I've ever had!! Fish was perfectly battered and fried, french fries were perfect and the Cole slaw was perfect! While we were staying there, we enjoyed meeting the best bartender and server ever...Shane! His awesome personality made our day better! By the way, I recommend the Shotgun Margarita!!

The food is pretty good, it's okay. The service we received on the other hand was horrible. It was possibly the worst service I have ever gotten to seen given. The lady who served us on Friday night, we didn't feel welcomed. Our talk the whole dinner was "wow is she going to check on us?, refill our drinks? Ask if everything is okay?". After she walked past us 2 times walking to the kitchen and back I finally stopped her to ask for boxes and the check. She brought the boxes, we didn't receive a check at our table. After we packed up our food, I went to pay after about 5 mins. We got charged a 20% gratuity fee, for her never checking on us, for her not being friendly, and not providing good service. I asked oh you added gratuity, it makes sense why we got no good service because you already make your money. I asked the requirement for gratuity she said it was 5 people. We had 5 people but 2 of our 5 people were 2 years old. 2 years old. Provided the bare minimum in service, our drinks were empty when we left. That's $18 for service when she really deserved a $0 tip. And we are tippers always 20% at least. I work food service! I know the responsibility I know how to treat people and people giving good service. I was beyond shocked and we will not be eating here again because of the bad service we received this last Friday night 4/21/2023. We love the hotel!! But when you spend money you should enjoy. The food is good too, not bad, this is purely a review on the lack of service.

I am writing this review solely for the reason to share my experience with Josh as my bartender/server. He is amazing and not only made the BEST drinks, but also has the most personable and best attitude I have ever seen. He is the best!!

Hotel restaurant ambiance. We didn't end up eating here, but wanted others to know even though the food is well reviewed, it definitely feels like a hotel dining room, not a separate restaurant. Too brightly lit for a nice dinner.

When we arrived, the only server was also the bartender, Shane. He did a wonderful job working really hard to wait upon all tables and serve at the bar.The food was not bad, but not as described. The cheese on the burger was not Beecher’s Flagship cheese as stated on the menu. The tomato soup that we ordered with my daughter’s meal was tasty, but quite spicy and certainly not fit for a child.Overall, food was a notch above average. Service was as good as could be expected with only one server doing everything but cooking. He had a great attitude the whole time and I was impressed with his work ethic. The credit card machine was down as well, so I felt really bad for him. Great job, Shane!

Good service and food. Friday morning they have a special menu.Complaints:1. The floor is super sticky.2. The receipt pad that you are supposed to sign on is textured so the pen doesn’t like to write in it and the writing looks bad.

I rarely ever leave reviews. Let alone bad reviews. We stayed at the Hilton for one night and tried to get breakfast the next morning. It was not busy. We are still sitting waiting for our food. It’s been over an hour. Maybe dinner is a different situation but breakfast is not a pleasant experience. The table behind us has also been waiting an hour and they have a small child. No one has apologized or tried to make it right.

The restaurant is inside the hotel and includes complimentary underground parking, you just drive by the door where there is a sign with a phone number to text and someone opens the garage door for you.The restaurant was quiet that day. The dining area is quite large and looks nice and clean. The menu is small, but we loved everything we had which included our drinks, tomato soup, steak as main dish and a slice of cheesecake as dessert.Last but not least, our bartender / waiter was amazing, we loved his high standards, quality of service and going the extra mile to make our special night more memorable.
