Nice little sushi restaurant in Bellevue, a little more formal seating for a sit down dinner in the quiet dining area. We started with agedashi tofu and sake, which was excellent. We then had the Chirashi which was very tasty with high quality salmon, tuna, shrimp, yellowtail, and other delicacies. Service was very attentive. All in all, a good experience.
Please stop charging extra for fresh Wasabi and Gluten free Soy Sauce. Seriously?! That is Nickel and Dime League. The ONLY Restaurant I have EVER been to that charges extra for Gluten free Soy Sauce. Lol. It doesn’t cost any more than regular Soy. Should I bring some of my own next time? And our Waiter was too embarrassed to tell us about the extra charges. I drop $200 every time we go there, at the least. As far as sushi options at this price point go in Bellevue this is a great spot. I prefer this to japonessa or kobe around the same price point. High quality rolls - ordered spider, unagi, and spicy hamachi, all very good and well rolled. Would order all 3 again. It's not top tier sushi and isn't priced like it, I found a lot of value at the price point.
