I went there shortly after a limited item had launched. I didn't see it on the menu so i nicely asked if it was still available. The lady on the other end had bad english and couldn't quite understand me and I just nicely asked a second time. Then some rude guy gets on the intercom and snarkly says "We don't have that anymore! what do you want!??" I will never go here again. It was a simple question yes or no.

I went today to get two fries and I got home and I was eating them I was using some dip and then I realized a fry had a hair in it, there was no way it somehow got there because I had to pull it out of the fry I tried calling to complain and they didn’t answer I used to go there religiously just for the fries but after this I’m sure I won’t go it was a waste of money and I can no longer eat what I got.

I've never encountered this bad customer service. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to open the drive thru window and when I asked him what time they open, he just ignored me and shut the window hard. I asked him if he's okay when he handed me the brown bag, he kept ignoring me and just closed the window. Do avoid going here!

Employees here are incredibly rude every time I’ve been here over the last 10 years in both the drive thru and walk-in. Clearly staffing, including management, needs a complete overhaul.

Went in this evening at 5:15pm. Online hours for Xmas Eve showed that they were closing at 6:00pm.Pulled into the drive through and was immediately told that they were closed... I found this strange as the employees inside were just standing around... They weren't working on closing duties or anything.They clearly just didn't want to deal with anyone and decided to just turn people away.This location is getting progressively worse, I've been coming to this one for years. Going to start going a little further to a different one instead from now on.I wouldn't recommend this location. Avoid it if you can.

It's usually the same few people everything I come here and even with fewer staff they do a good job of being quick, making the food well and being friendly.

The lobby was not open despite being within the posted open hours, no additional signs were posted if it was an emergency circumstance, the employee inside just motioned for me to go around to the drive-thru, but without a car I don't know if he thinks I should walk through? Just put up a sign.
Says they open at 7, but no one answers the drive thru at 7:30am.

Stopped by to grab some food for everybody at the house when I drove up to the drive-through window and looked inside. It was the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever seen food on the floor wrappers everywhere I wouldn’t let my dog eat there. Sorry Burger King.

worst experience I've ever had at a fast food location anywhere. they always lock their doors at lunch so it doesn't get busy. I waited out front while others arrived to enter and they would not open doors. the employee made me walk through the drive through to order which is a big saftey violation. after I told him my truck wouldn't fit in the drive through. I'm definitely recommending not to go to this location also was very rude and mad.

I waited 12 minutes before I was allowed to order. I was the only customer in line. I asked what was happening but the only person who would even recognize that I existed did not speak English. The food was edible.
