Reservations are recommended, and the experience is well worth the wait. Dishes like Spaghetti Di Finochio, Dry Aged Ribeye, and Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken come highly recommended. My friend swears by the Gnocchi Sorrentina with the Brown Butter and Sage sauce. The sauce isnt overpowering, but when eaten as leftovers the gnocchi tastes even better after soaking up the sauce. The Charcuterie & Formaggi as a starter and Cannelloni for an entree were delicious. Also loved that the server brought out a birthday Tiramisu with Italian Meringue. Carmines is easily a favorite restaurant in Bellevue. Truly excellent hostesses and waitstaff with an eye for detail and precision. This is one of those restaurants where you can pick anything at random on the menu and be guaranteed that it will taste good. The food is 10/10, service is exceptional and there has never been a less than amazing experience. They served the best pork chop anyone has ever had. The kitchen staff for the delicious food and everyone that made it extra special. Carmine’s is THE restaurant.
