Had a great experience at Cypress Lounge & Wine Bar. I came down to grab a drink and ended up really appreciating the service and hospitality.
There was a small mix-up with my order, which was honestly probably mostly my fault. I ordered a margarita drink and a Margherita pizza, and there was a little misunderstanding. The server and manager stepped in right away, got the pizza made, and even brought it up to my room in a short amount of time — at no charge.

Had the buffet breakfast using the platinum upgrade option for $10. The eggs are my favourite.
