Great place with fast service. I visited it in Saturday at 12:30 pm and the place was packed. Loved all the dumplings. The egg fried rice portion was a bit small but was good. The only thing that disappointed me was the boba with green tea it was too watered down and tasted like plain water.
I really loved the dumplings, fried noodles, and fried rice—everything was flavorful and well prepared.
The highlight for me was the chocolate dumplings. They're a perfect dessert and definitely worth trying.
One thing to keep in mind: the weekend wait times can be crazy at the Bellevue location, so make sure to add your name to the waitlist before you arrive to save time.
Also, parking is convenient since they validate...

First time at Din Tai Fung and we ordered the xiao long bao, shrimp fried rice, and sautéed green beans. The dumplings were the highlight: delicate wrappers, perfectly seasoned filling, and that signature soup burst when you bite in. The fried rice was clean and well-executed, and the green beans were simple but fresh. The open kitchen concept is a nice touch — you can watch the dumpling team work, which is oddly mesmerizing. Won't be our last visit.
