Best milk tea and boba in Bellevue. Selection is very large and drinks are always made to order. The lines can be long during peak, but it moves relatively quickly. Prices are on par with other stores in the area. Portions are fair.

The egg waffle is good and the bubble waffle is good. The Boba is not good for various reasons, the main being that they use weird milk for it.

the taro boba is so ass its literally just water with the cheesecake on top. It looks like taro but it tastes like water.
Amazing experience. Not sure what they are pumping in the air but we felt so alert after leaving there and the drinks we got were amazing!

Cashier wasn't friendly or helpful and my drink was made wrong (i.e. lychee instead of taro, asked for light ice and it seemed like EXTRA ice) even though it was labeled correctly and I paid extra. I ranked the atmosphere as 2 because it was crowded and really just a place to order and go, not hang out. It was a 15+ minute wait for the 2 drinks but there were people waiting when we arrived, so not really surprised or super upset about that.The primary reasons for the reduced rating is the cashier service and the fact that my drink was made incorrectly and felt like a waste of time and money. Compared to my experiences at other Happy Lemon locations (which have been pleasant), this was the worst one.I also left a 15% tip and wanted to take it back after receiving the incorrectly made drink. I didn't even bother walking back there to ask for it to be fixed because the first visit was unpleasant enough as it is.Wheelchair accessibility: It's slightly a tight squeeze to navigate in a wheelchair because they had the upright cone and rope thing to form the "line" and separate from the waiting area.
