Sublime sushi spot in Bellevue! This is a true local gem, and seems like a go-to for the local Japanese population.The whole experience reminded me of dining in Tokyo. And wow a the fish was so fresh and excellent. Every last bite!
Very homely place for cozy but upscale sushi in Bellevue. Set right on the lake you can enjoy some views while you dine. The restaurant itself is cozy and quiet, great for talking. Sushi is moderately priced for their rolls but all ingredients are very fresh. Service is good too with nice hot tea. They have a couple sampler plates that are fun--the salmon sampler with 3 pieces was very fun as I am a salmon lover. Second time going to the restaurant because I was quite impressed on the first visit. On the second visit, we ordered sushi assortment. Everything tasted great except Uni; Uni tasted very bad and rotten with smell of toilet. I wish the chef checks on the freshness of the ingredients more carefully. Probably won't visit this place for a while.
