“BEWARE OF THE SPECIALS!
A friend and I brought our teenaged daughters here for dinner while staying at the nearby Courtyard by Marriott.
Upon entering we were pleasantly surprised to be seated quickly at 7 pm on a Saturday night.
The atmosphere was cozy and warm, the service prompt and friendly, and the food delicious.
Dinner entrees were reasonably priced from $18-23. Our waiter described the specials which sounded amazing. My friend and I each ordered one of the specials (salmon & filet).
Now, I admit this is totally our fault for not asking the price of the special, so when our check’s came & I paid $46 for a piece of Alaskan Salmon & she paid $72 for an 8 oz filet, we were a bit floored.
Don’t get me wrong, the food was great, service also excellent, but compared to the overall prices on the menu, I found the specials to be overly inflated. As the waiter did not offer the price (as I know they often times do not) on the specials I would just recommend you clarify if you aren’t looking to pay that much for your dinner!“

“Coming from Reggio Emilia (Italy). This restaurant was recommended to us from a friend and they said to us “if you wanna try the REAL Italian food you must go to Firenze”. And so we did. Let me tell you, it was exactly as they told us: Salvatore, the owner, is a beautiful (real) Italian soul and his food reflects that in all the dishes that were brought to our table. The Linguine with seafood were out of this world, and the polpette (meatballs) were the dish that really brought us home in Italy. He also makes his own red italian wine: a must try. Finish up with an espresso and a limoncello and you’d have a true Italian experience. Final note about the staff: amazing. If you end up being served by Lana it’s your lucky day. Thank you guys! Will be back again for sure!“

“Still my favorite hole in the wall bar in Bellevue. But made even better by the great food. When I worked nearby I used to go in a couple times a week. Staff is always friendly, and the place is filled with regulars so it's easy to get to know people.“

“An excellent place to celebrate! My husband took me here as a surprise for my birthday and it did not disappoint. Matthew was an excellent server-prompt, knowledgeable and polite. The food was fantastic, the drinks phenomenal and they really know how to make birthdays special without being over the top about it. We will be back and requesting Matthew as a server soon! Cannot recommend this place enough!“
