This store is ridiculous they stop taking cash. I suggest we have this store shut down. I hope that all the employees find gainful employment elsewhere. Jimmy John's should be ashamed of themselves.

Freaky slow, was ignored when standing in line for almost 10 minutes. Waited 20 minutes to be told out of bread with extra loafs close by. Had to wait another 5-10 minutes for a refund to be processed. Not very happy. Im not the one to leave bad reviews, but this was terrible.

This location needs to be restaffed and corporate needs to have a serious talk with the franchisee. Completely unreliable, delivery orders either go undelivered or arrive hours(!) after the order was placed. I like their sandwiches but it's not worth it when you can't be sure if your order is ever actually going to be delivered.

Ordered the new bbq chicken wrap and it came on bread, and to make matters worst the bread was hard and stale. Another time my wife ordered a veggie sandwich that came with meat. This place doesn’t sweat details.

I ordered at 11:30 for delivery and my food never came. I called and he acted like he couldn't see my order but then he refunded me. Was rude no apology. Lost my business over this.

Man!! The guy who worked today was having a rough one. He seemed upset that I ordered a sandwich off the menu. When he finished making my sandwich, he pretty much just tossed me the sandwich on the counter and didn't say anything. Felt like that was rude. He forgot an ingredient on my sandwich, and I am too uncomfortable to go back in.. oh well

20% of the time when I mobile order and show up 10 or 15 minutes later my sandwich has not been made yet.The last time I'm mobile ordered and went to pick up the store look closed as the lights were out yet Google maps said they were open. Then I called them and said I just ordered but your store is closed and the kid answered nowhere open we just have the lights turned off. When I went in to pick up my sandwich the two kids working there look guilty and it made me wonder what they were hiding I think they wanted to make the store look closed so they didn't have to work and it was around 5:00 or 6:00 p.m.

I ordered through DoorDash at 11:35am and was given a 25 minute delivery window. The time kept getting pushed back so I was prompted to call the store. I called five times in a row with no answer. I had to escalate my concerns for a refund and around 12:35 PM. The store marked my delivery as delivered, but it was nowhere to be found, and I have been standing out my window so I know for a fact nobody came. I’m highly disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again. They don’t answer the phone and it’s incredibly shifty.
