Great place, a holiday tradition, ANd we had. A problem with our ham. Needless to say, the customer service is fine at this store. I was able to contact them by phone, with minimal wait. They gave me their email. We sent pictures of the mostly uneaten ham, receipt, and picture of the label. They refunded our purchase and said they wished more people would call instead of leaving bad reviews so they could help. They want to help.I’m impressed! What's not to love about honey baked ham or turkey. Of course they are busy but the friendly staff have an effective system that is quick and easy regardless of pre-order or walk-in.

Helpful women made sure my wife and family bought more than enough food for Easter.Would have been 5 stars, but I sensed a lot of 'up selling' by the workers where my wife wouldn't say 'no thank you'. After all that is their job as sales persons.
