Helpful women made sure my wife and family bought more than enough food for Easter.Would have been 5 stars, but I sensed a lot of 'up selling' by the workers where my wife wouldn't say 'no thank you'. After all that is their job as sales persons.

Great place, a holiday tradition, ANd we had. A problem with our ham. Needless to say, the customer service is fine at this store. I was able to contact them by phone, with minimal wait. They gave me their email. We sent pictures of the mostly uneaten ham, receipt, and picture of the label. They refunded our purchase and said they wished more people would call instead of leaving bad reviews so they could help. They want to help.I’m impressed! I didn’t expect this after reading other reviews. Thank you.When we visited it was early morning and Christmas Eve Eve. I will say the greetings were not all that friendly but thank you for working on the holidays, it was gonna be a very busy day. No harm. No foul. Did not impact star score for me. Try to cheer up.We’ll definitely be back. These hams are amazing and 10 years in I’ve never even thought about a refund until this year. Our ham has an undisclosed problem and the store was VERY accommodating.Just call them. They will make it right.If you’ve never been here. You owe it to yourself to taste a honey baked ham!!

Lisa and Johm saved our Easter! We were on our way with an ETA of 6:32pm. I called to see if I could pre-order and pay and Lisa said she would stay open to take care of us. We got there right at 6:30 and she was waiting like she said she would be.It's the night before Easter and I know how desperate everyone is to close after a long day. The fact that she would sacrifice her personal time to make sure we had a beautiful meal for the holiday means so much.Bellevue has a great team at this location. I'm going to come here, specifically, to support them with our dollars.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. A close friend of mine just had a baby, and I wanted to provide her with one of her favorite meals - a turkey dinner. I decided to try out this company for the first time and ordered the meal to be delivered to her, and when I checked in with her she said she never received it. I had confirmation of the delivery, so I called customer support. The representative told me to call my friend and make sure she looked outside to see if the delivery was there. Of course my friend opened her door and looked outside already, and the rep kept demanding I have my friend do really weird things like that to "make sure" the delivery wasn't there. Really nit-picky, ridiculous instructions.They then said they didn't think they would be able to do anything because the company received a delivery confirmation. I said maybe the carrier delivered it to the wrong address and if that's the case the meal should be replaced, and the rep said "well I still doubt we can refund or replace this, we DO have a confirmation and DON'T refund any delivery that we received a confirmation for." I thought the condescending attitude was really unnecessary. They said they'd get back to me with more info - it's been 5 business days and no word, no call, no email.I have a lot of expecting friends who I was planning on using this service for (who wouldn't love a good comfort meal after having a baby?) but I certainly won't be using their services for any of my friends if they refuse to make this right. If a company offers a delivery service, they should have the bandwidth to support paying customers when things go wrong.

My brother gifted us a 10lb bone in ham for Christmas dinner. It was delicious, jucy, smokeysweet flavor. We served it as suggested, room temperature. There is a excellent tutorial on serving suggestions on their website. When we picked it up it was crazy busy. We had to wait in line outside in 28 degree weather for 15 + minutes because only so many could be inside at a time. If it's a holiday order and pay on line before going there! That line moved very fast and no backup having to wait out in the cold. The ham was very very good and worth the wait. I would highly recommend it. Serving it at room temperature made for a quick and high quality meal.
