Excellent food, though it has lost some of it's earlier charm. They no longer run the dim sum carts around the restaurant. Now, you order from a QR code on your table, then the food is delivered to your table. Not the same authentic dim sum experience I loved when I went there before. Friends in Bellevue recommended Top Gun Seafood Restaurant for our dim sum brunch. We were there on a weekday a little before 11:30 am. They already have lots of customers in there. We were still seated right away. We will have to wait for the table if we come 15 minutes later!The dim sum and other dishes are excellent. The dining room is very busy. Came here on a weekday morning. It was moderately busy but we still got our food quick! Service is not bad, some are nice some are surly. No more dim sum carts here, just QR code, but they do have pictures so you can see what they look like. Some items like the shrimp cilantro dumpling, siu mai, and ha gow are good.
