Worst customer service denyingwrong order. After I brought the takeout home, I told them that one of my ordered dishes was wrong. They denied immediately without any investigation, without asking me what my name was.

The food was cold , table was dirty and there were not server on the floor to ask for anytime needed. While checking out we did not want to give tips for the poor service. The lady at the cash counter yelled at us for not tipping, and insisted we give .. I refused to give specially this behavior.

Unfriendly service and atmosphere, the guy was cleaning the tables and floor with a machine and some smelly chemicals when there were 4 tables customers still dining there, we cannot tolerate the smell and packed the food left in a hurry. The food was not so clean, there were some dirty lines In the shrimps, and wraps tasted awful.

Came here on a weekday morning. It was moderately busy but we still got our food quick! Service is not bad, some are nice some are surly. No more dim sum carts here, just QR code, but they do have pictures so you can see what they look like. Some items like the shrimp cilantro dumpling, siu mai, and ha gow are good. The “shrimp amd chive pockets” are also good, but way overpriced ($9.00 for 3). They do have several parking spots in the front of the restaurant, but they get filled up during peak hours/days. There are signs saying do not park at the Jing market or post office. If you can’t find a spot you might have to park across the street at the mall.

Your typical Asian restaurant, nothing wrong with it!Was told excellent food but we totally disagree! Arrived 3:30. Sign said open. Walked in no one around. Had to walk around restaurant to look for someone. Gentleman in the far back corner vacuuming. Finally went back to ask if they were open? First thing out of his mouth was…”we have no dimsum”?We said we were there for lunch in which he shut off vacuum and sat us at a table. We ordered seafood chow fun-hardly any seafood? Pork chowmein with pan fried noodles soft-it came with about a small amount of pork, lots of celery and yellow onion and two pieces of baby Bok Choy and the noodles were like the dry birds nests! And we ordered broccoli and beef and the broccoli was bitter and about 6-8 small pieces of beef and the beef was spongy, I ask if there was any msg and same guy served us and he said no. I ate some and immediately got a headache because I’m allergic to msg and I get headaches if it’s in the food. Finally pork fried rice- dry dry dry and maybe 5 little pieces of bbq pork on top and hardly any pork in the rice? We couldn’t finish much as there wasn’t any flavor and some of the food actually tasted like leftovers? Bill was 100.00 and I gave 20.00 tip for 20%. Way over priced and I didn’t take any home!!! Foodies beware!!! NOT worth the money!!! Won’t be going back!!!

Excellent food, though it has lost some of it's earlier charm. They no longer run the dim sum carts around the restaurant. Now, you order from a QR code on your table, then the food is delivered to your table. Not the same authentic dim sum experience I loved when I went there before. Still, the food is 100% the real thing.A bit pricy now, too, as it seems everywhere in Bellevue has gotten. ?? Each serving is in the $6 - $9 range, so it adds up fast. They also charge for the tea now.Parking: Even after the lunch crowd was half gone, it was difficult to find a parking spot.

Top Gun always had great dim sum. And nothing had changed every time I get there. Only thing with this place is parking can be horrible. But great food and service.

Friends in Bellevue recommended Top Gun Seafood Restaurant for our dim sum brunch. We were there on a weekday a little before 11:30 am. They already have lots of customers in there. We were still seated right away. We will have to wait for the table if we come 15 minutes later! The dim sum and other dishes are excellent. The dining room is very busy. That’s why the service was a little slow! I will be back because the food is delicious!Vegetarian options: They have many vegetables dishesParking: The parking lot is big but very busy.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair is accessible. ADA parking is available

Went there with a group, having pre-reserved a table, and it took them 1.5 hours to serve us 4 of the 12 mediocre dishes we had ordered. We ended up leaving hungry without waiting for the remaining dishes. And the servers were rude on top of that.

Super unethical management. They changed the menu online at the last minute increasing the price by $40. We booked 2 tables more than a month ago and enquired about the menu. We were quoted 369 but when we got there the lady at the desk laughed and said oh we increased the price. The website was also increased this week. They could have told us. These people are cheaters.

I have never in my almost 60 years had this experience. Waited over an hour for our food. BTW most of it never made it. I pushed for the attendant 5 times. That feature did not work. The wait staff kept looking at our table and noticed and acknowledged that it was taking a long time. One person even said "oh my, an hour". The excuse was busy and big parties. We had our of state family visiting. Take my feedback as you wish. But will never go back and tell the story.

A big restaurant with a tiny parking lot. Used to be ok but has turned much worse. One telltale sign is much slower service than before, likely caused by change of chef or owner.
