My family and I just had the best experience in this combo A&W/KFC restaurant, thanks to the stellar customer service of the entire team and especially the cheerful man on till. Thanks for making our day!

Go somewhere else. If you really want to go to an A&W, go to the ones in Canada. A&W’s in Canada are on another level. This place was a disappointment. No cold mug for root beer, no uncle burger, no lettuce wrap, nuff said.I’m not from Canada.

Had an amazing experience,By far the best customer service I've had in an A&W. I got a blended Root Beer Float (I think they call it a freeze), and it is awesome?. I think they call it a freeze

We are new to the area and frequent this store. One of the first times going they forgot my husbands meal. When we called the manager I believe his name is Kenny told us to come back any time and we would get the entire order remade and free of charge. Weeks went by and I was craving a bacon double from them so hubby went. The manager recognized my husband and made his workers make our burgers completely fresh for us and made sure it was done correctly. Hands down the best quality and freshest burger I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant. I will continue to support them as long as he is the manager. He does an amazing job for his customers and deserves so much in life for being so attentive.

We went through the drive through on December 10, 2022 at approximately 6:15 pm. There were 5 of us including my husband and 3 kids. First we had a very long wait at the speaker even though there was no one blocking the way. The girl taking the order had us repeat each item we ordered multiple times. We get to the window and pay. Then she starts handing drinks. Four were correct. Mine was the incorrect size that came with the meal and the wrong flavor (Dr. Pepper instead of Pepsi). They correct it after another wait. We get the rest of our food. We are now missing a burger. I go inside and politely let someone know what we are missing: the A5 burger minus the AW salad dressing. She tells one of her managers, who grabs a burger sitting in the warmer and hands it to me without a bag, telling me they are out of bags (a lie as I can clearly see other customers handed bags, but I don't care about that) The other employee tells him it isn't supposed to have mayo on it. He shrugs. I ask him if it has mayo on it. He says no to me. I thank him politely and leave. In my car, I find the burger has mayo on it. My husband says go back. So, I go back in. Every employee looks up at me and then away. No one will meet my eye or help me. So, I approach someone and lay the burger wide open on the counter and explain what my order was and show the mayo. She says she will get her manager. The manager refuses to come talk to me. She then says someone will make me another burger. While that is happening, I ask her and another employee for the manager's name. They both refuse, telling me they can't give out names. I nicely said, I just want his first name. They are clearly scared of him and walk away. An entirely new employee I haven't seen yet, brings my burger in a bag, and politely tells me to have a good day. Another customer shakes her head and snorts out loud. Not one apology. Not one smile. No one cares. There were probably 8 employees there and every single one knew exactly what was going on. Not one was going to cross that manager and do the right thing. It's not about churning out perfect orders. It's about respecting your customer. It's about doing what's right. It's about telling the truth. I, in essence, pay part of each employee's paycheck by buying those burgers and fries. We spent $43. It's probably the last dollar I will ever spend at that AW.

This location is paired with kfc and the worst we have been to. Poor service... multiple staff ignored us at the counter. No veg burger.

I drive all over the State of Washington and have enjoyed the brand all over the state. I always order an A6 add chili to the burger. Why did this location tell me they are not allowed to add chili (a product they already put on a chili dog) to a burger? Is every other A&W in the state acting out of compliance? Strange.I spent zero dollars. Emailed corporate. Leaving one star review. And missing out on an amazingly good chili cheeseburger. We all lose here. Good job Bellingham.

Their food is delicious! Their shakes are also not bad, they aren't the most delicious thing ever, but they are decent. They are super fast with the service, which is a really big plus. Overall, definitely not my favorite fast food restaurant of all time, but it is good for what it is.

Dropped in for the KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwich as seen advertised on TV! The drive-up service is appreciated during these "times" as the lineup shows. The size of this item is amazing & the freshness is notable with the crusty chicken breading. Was concerned it may be too "hot" but it isn't, just spicy & tasty! I did add abit of mayo to suit me.
