Breakfast was good. I like the sausage, my eggs were perfectly cooked to my liking, and hash brown was good too. Good service fr the server!

I asked the maitre d, a youngish woman, for a table. She left me standing there and when she came back, she led me to the bar and then a table with a high stool. I declined to sit at either and I gestured to one of many empty tables. The table had spilled water on it. I went back a second time and it was the same young woman. She left me to go to the kitchen and eventually I got a proper table. From their unwelcoming attitude this restaurant has an agenda other than just serving food to customers.

This restaurant is located inside the Four Points Sheraton by Hilton. It has good breakfast. We had the cage free egg spinach omelette twice and it was really good. However, the service can use some improvement. Both times, I placed two orders of each item, I would inly get one. The first time they gave specific time to pick up my order, but when I get there they haven't even start the order yet. That was an hour and 15 minutes of wait time. The second time, I was told that my order would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. When I got there 19 minutes later, it's not ready. I had to wait for 20 minutes. The order came but it was inly half of what I ordered. The good things is they only charged me what they gave me.

We had breakfast several mornings. We samples the standard eggs and sausage, omelets, and biscuits and gravy. The food was solid, service fast and friendly. .We were never disappointed.

We almost walked from the hotel to Whole Foods hot breakfast but staying in and decent prices prevailed - and glad we did! The kids' breakfasts were $5. Server brought crayons, coloring, and drinks right away. She was attentive and we never waited for anything. The grits / andouille sausage with peppers was SO tasty. My husband had toad in a hole which featured some really delicious ham. The portions were large, enough for lunch leftovers. The restaurant at 9AM was busy, but not too busy. For hotel breakfast, it was really relaxing actually. Recommend!

What is the deal with this place? We had visited a few years ago, and remembered the service was extraordinarily slow, but thought it was time to give it another chance, since we live nearby. Our family of three had dinner here the day after Christmas, and we dined alone for the entire hour we were there. Was it a case of us "not getting the memo?" I would think most restaurants within a fairly nice hotel would be quite busy over the dinner hour with a ready clientele of hotel guests. One or two souls came by to check in at the bar for a drink it appeared. The waitress was mostly a bartender who busied herself washing and drying silverware and glasses at the bar but did come over to serve us, with an apron draped over her jeans. It was as if they were not expecting many/any guests and certainly wouldn't have been prepared if a large group had suddenly shown up without reservations. Something tells me this is probably a nightly routine. Waitress didn't seem that invested, but pleasant enough. I ordered a steak, and just on that alone, would rate it a 4 star. My wife had a pork tenderloin which she remembers a week later as "ok". Daughter's burger seemed pretty skimpy. Even though we were the only guests, waitress didn't bring a steak-knife (try cutting a medium rare steak with a butter knife) and forgot the wife's request for a potato substitution. The cheesecake dessert was pretty lame. Anyway..... enough of this place. I'd be surprised if it is still there in a year unless new management comes in.

Chinuk was on our list of breakfast places to visit while in Bellingham. We did have a wait to order (even for just a cup of coffee) so, we were debating on whether to just leave. We're glad we didn't. My review is based upon my food; Since I don't eat eggs, one of my go-to meals is biscuits and gravy. Chinuk's country gravy is so good! Smooth, not pasty and full of flavor and chunks of sausage. The biscuits were light and fluffy. I was very impressed. I would recommend Chinuk as a breakfast destination.

Location inside the Hotel. Food ok and service the same. Suggest trying restaurants within walking distance instead. Restaurant almost an after thought.

Went in to grab a quick bite before meeting friends for the game, we are now staying to watch the game and enjoy unbelievable seafood, pizza and steaks. This place has everything, not expensive, all the local beers, craft cocktails and great service. The staff is really nice and the have four 70 inch TVs with news and sports on. I never new this place existed, amazing, will eat here often.

I admit that I came late for lunch on a Monday afternoon. There were no guests in the restaurant so I almost left. However, there were no other options (with wine) nearby, so I went in. The server was quite pleasant, but informed me that she couldn't serve wine due to her age. Sigh. She did find someone after 25 minutes. It was a good Sauvignon Blanc from Australia. I ordered the club sandwich without fries or salad. My idea of a club is a multi-layered sandwich. This was a one-layer sandwich that had been buttered or oiled on the outside of the bread. This rendered it quite greasy. I had requested Swiss cheese, but got Cheddar. It was edible. I appreciate the server updating me on the bartender situation. She was efficient and polite. I would say that if they want to be a full-service restaurant: Keep a bartender nearby!
