I love this place! They keep it simple, there are 2 things on the menu, potato and beef pelmeni. Both are really delicious and affordable. Order at the counter for take out but there are a few self service tables if you want to eat in.

I love Pel'meni. It's a whole experience and the dumplings are so good. From the records playing to the steamy atmosphere to the tubs of sour cream everything is perfect. Whenever I'm in town I insist to visit. I grew up eating the Pel'meni in Madison, Wi actually and this store is identical. A throwback for sure. Don't miss the opportunity to eat here!

I love stopping by Pel’meni in Downtown Bellingham for their incredible Russian dumplings. You can choose between meat or potato, and the toppings like sour cream and hot sauce make them even better. It’s casual, affordable, and always hits the spot. Highly recommend it.
Such an iconic place in Bellingham! Locally owned and run restaurant that only has two food options, meat dumplings or potato dumplings… but they are delicious! Perfect for a late afternoon snack on a chilly day, or a late night snack after a night out. Highly recommend!!Vegetarian options: Potato dumplings, half their menu!
