“Best Mexican food in the state. Lived here 29 years and have never had such flavorful, well cooked Mexican food. Used to love La Hacienda in downtown Renton before the owners sold it and have been looking for something to replace it in my heart and Mucho Corazon has done such.My favorites: Bacon breakfast burrito has super crispy bacon, yummy French fries and their delicious green salsa.Steak burrito has the best sauteed onions and cheesy steak.I'm hooked ❣️“

“I love coming to Magueys when I visit Enumclaw. The food is delicious and the service is exceptional. We tried the Molcajete (a monthly special) and it was really good and tasty. We also tried the chile relleno with cheese, the churros and the owner gave us a taste of one of his special dish (sweet plantain with birria beef) it was so delicious ?, a mix of sweet and salty. Definitely recommend it, best Mexican restaurant in town.“

“Wow, this place is so good! I tried them for the first time today and loved the food and friendly service. I'm very happy that they have a delicious vegetarian burrito option (the Vicky Special), and the chicken carnitas were also excellent. Very fresh, full of flavor, and reasonably priced. Plus, while I got takeout today, I'd love to actually eat in because this restaurant has such an interesting interior. It's very cozy with what looked like different rooms with booths, little steps here and there, archways, and an overall very comforting feel. El Caporal is a definite new favorite in Maple Valley as far as I'm concerned.“

“I cook a decent steak, good enough I'm not always happy when I try steak while eating out. But this place puts my streaks to shame. Absolutely amazing. The music was a little loud in my opinion but it was a relaxed nice atmosphere for my wife and I to go on a double date. You can spend from 20ish a plate (with sides and stuff) to 130 for just steak and sides are additional, so it is welcome to a large range of budgets. My wife and I split the steak flight, and my favorite drink by far was the rum punch with the old-fashioned coming in second.“

“This place is a gem with fantastic service and a low key atmosphere. The food comes out very fast and serves up some of the best Mexican food for miles. The portion sizes are generous for the prices and the food is not greasy like some other places.“

“The shrimp tacos were really good! ? Sadly only 2 shrimps per taco (i got 3). So many unique options for salsa and all were good! The Salsa de Verde with salt = ???! Fresh chips, nice tunes, but interesting side wall. It had a bunch of duct tape as if someone had ran into the restaurant before. I had a breakfast burrito before and it was great!!! I would recommend if you like Mexican restaurants.“

“A really nice meal in a comfortable atmosphere. The chips were OK and the salsa had a little kick, so just OK, but the carnitas were well prepared and very tasty and the steak fajitas were really good as well. Portions were ample and the service was super! Margaritas were right on point, as well.“

“Small shack attached to gas station. Burrito is the size of a child. Got the ranchito pork burrito and it's likely one of the best burritos I've eaten. Came out hot, quickly and and cooked to order.Back to the burrito being huge... it's difficult to visualize because light itself gets warped around it's event horizon. The shear mass is impressive feat and uncareful eating will yield a mess that which mere mortals can't handle.Parking: 4-5 spots next to the gas station“

“This place definitely deserves more stars! The staff is friendly and professional. We ordered a bunch of different food and it was really good. It came out hot, fresh, and put together really well. Some fast food is just thrown together but this was made with purpose. We used the drive through but the building was extremely clean and I'm sure the inside is just as nice. Would definitely recommend!“

“The food is exquisite and the service is nice and understanding. I have been there at least a hundred times and the food has never failed. The atmosphere is nice and quiet and the beans are to die for. It isn't gourmet food but you get the bang for your buck. I definitely recommend this place!“

“My family and I stopped in for the first time this last Saturday. I have driven by this taco truck many times and we decided to try it. It is right off of 410 as you enter Enumclaw. You will notice it by the tables out front and the hanging flower arrangements. Very nice little spot to stop and eat at. I had the al pastor burrito, and it was one of the best I have ever had. i was crunching into something sweet and juicy, which is not expected in a burrito, and it turned out to be pineapple, which I have never had in a burrito and it was surprisingly really good! I ended up eating the whole thing and it was a big burrito. I had a horchata which was good but not the best I have had. Mom and sis had the chicken street tacos and said that the home made shells were delicious and they were both pleased with their tacos. There are a lot of menu items and they even have carne asada fries, so I will be going back to try more items. Can't say it was the most friendliest of service, but it was super busy. After we showed up ten other people were there in a second. It seems to be a popular taco truck. I recommend it if you are in the area.“
