I placed an order online and my bank withdrew the cash in order for the order to go through, but I didn’t get a confirmation email or text. When I drove to the location, and went in to pick up my order, the clerk told me that my order wasn’t in there system and went above and beyond to make me a pie in less than 10 minutes. This was a very cool gesture and I’ll be definitely ordering from here more often.

My kids like the pizza - it’s the only reason we return. Orders are consistently incorrect when delivered. Items missing is the main issue. Tonight we got someone else’s order and we caught it once my husband brought it in- but it was too late, driver was gone.I’ve spoken to the manager before about the errors we frequently experience and they say it’s caused by outsourcing the delivery. Quick and easy for a decent pizza. Staff was polite and quick.We ordered through the app and picked up. Everything was ready at the time the app said.Parking: Not really related to parking, but getting out.The only thing I don't like is getting out of their parking lot. I believe, technically, there is no place to make a left turn. Or if there is, it is onto Bothell Everett highway, which is a hot mess most of the time in regards to the traffic.
