Everything is so delicious! This pastry chef must've graduated at the top of his class! You can tell his understanding of baking is very advanced. I look forward to treating myself every time I visit Bremerton and also bring a box back to Texas with me!
I bought one of each of their pastries sweet and savory twice so far but I only tasted the almond financier (like a cake/cookie, so good), and the rest I gave it to my daughter's teacher and admin staff. I would love to taste all but so rich and I'm trying to lose weight lol. I takes a walk there a lot...Smells so good I might just hang around the area longer.

Continuing my food tour of the PNW, Saboteur Bakery has been coined the best bakery in the Kingston Area. It is tucked away in a small shop in Bremerton downtown.
