After we got the food and realized it wasn't good, I politely, softly asked the owner if we could send the food back and get a refund because it wasn't what we were hoping for. She refused to refund me and came out from behind the counter to confront me. I told her I wasn't upset and didn't want to critique her food, I just didn't want to eat here because it wasn't what I was hoping. She refused to refund me and got defensive, and so I just left. This was in front of other customers.

Cannot wait for them to re-open. Their udon soup is so refreshing on cold nights and so comforting when coming off the ferry after a trip to the city. It’s a true commuter’s diner and they get that; the orders come out fast and accurate. It even has that late night diner vibe. Friendly staff too.

Just did an order on DoorDash for pick up, it was ready within 15 minutes, they're always friendly when you go in. I usually get the T.O.P roll and it's mouth watering and heavenly as always

The dishes that i got were both delicious. I love the Salmon roll with the slices if lemon on top. The people that work behind the counter should be careful with speaking Tagalog or watch what they say because you never know who understands. From what I've heard, it made me uncomfortable and I cringed at everything they said while I was eating there. Other than that, I'd definitely visit again.

Anytime I get a craving for sushi and don't want to go very far Umami kitchen is #1 for me! Such great food, fast service and well priced. I love their sushi and crab rangoons. You can order through DoorDash and it's super quick and easy to pickup. I've eaten here a few times while waiting for the ferry as it's conveniently right in front of the terminal and I always have to stop myself from buying extra rolls because they all sound so good. Definitely recommend!

Very cute little location. We had the chicken katsu, BBQ Korean chicken, spicy kimchi, California rolls and spicy tuna roll. Food came out fast and was very nicely presented. (Presentation in food is everything for me lol) food was absolutely amazing!!!!! My boys loved the chicken and Cali rolls and I enjoyed a little bit of all of it. I highly recommend!!!Kid-friendliness: They were very nice to my two little boys.Parking: Parking is not ideal, but we didn't get there during the dinner rush.
