“I take all gringo taco reviews with a grain of salt, and yes I'm a gringo. But I'm a fat kid with a refined palate and an addiction to tacos, and after extensive taco testing throughout my life and a desire to find the Columbia basin's best taco, I have found these ones to be peerless. The tortilla to meat ratio is perfect and they are so fresh and so flavorful and so moist and with such a perfect balance of cilantro and onion. The hot sauces... The avocado green sauce is the best one I've ever had and the red sauce is so flavorful and intricately spiced that it perfectly complements the Cabeza and Asada tacos. I'm actually blown away by this place. It doesn't even have an address. Yelp can get you close. I will be making the 120 mile round-trip next week to try other things on the menu and to take home tacos. The owner, who is cool, told me that people take these tacos with them back to Mexico. Mic drop.”

“Amazing food, so fresh, so tasty. Everything I ate was heavenly. My toddler loved their Thai veggie delights! Mango sticky rice was complete bliss! Quick- clean- kind service. HOWEVER it is a take out spot and does not have a dine- inside option, only outdoor seating. “We stopped at this establishment on the way out of town. They had an area built to sit inside and get out of the rain and wind. There is lots of parking available off of the street. We had pollo tacos, asada tacos, lengua tacos, cabeza tacos, asada burrito, and pollo quesadilla. Everything was delicious including the salsas. The two women were very nice and friendly.”

“We were here from out of town and had no idea where to eat and decided to try JJ's. We had the birria tacos with the dip with rice and beans. Iam pretty picky about mexican food because I cook my own, so we never go out for mexican but this was over the top good. We loved it! It was hard to choose because of the great menu selections but seems like we picked the right menu item. The gentleman that took our order was patient and helpful when we asked questions. The only negative thing I have to say is it was freezing cold in the dining area and it was 68 degrees outside so I don't understand why it was so cold in the restaurant. Having said that tge food was fantastic.”

“Stopped in to grab pizza for a quick dinner the other night. Normally, cardboard oven pizza is our go-to at such times but the prices have skyrocketed. So we figured for not much more we could get REAL pizza from Spartan and we were not disappointed! We ordered the special that included a large pepperoni, breadsticks and wings, plus another large pepperoni. My son said the buffalo wings were the very BEST he's ever had. The whole family enjoyed the pizza and really liked the crust. The gal who took my order was very friendly and service was fast. Will definitely be getting pizza from Spartan Pizza whenever we are having a pizza craving!”

The 2022 Condriesque White Wine is really, really good and well worth the trip alone.ALSO, the panoramic view from the Crush Pad at Dineen during the Spring when everything is in bloom is, quite possibly, the most beautiful in the entire valley. “I have to say that those were some amazing tacos, right up there with my three other favorites, Taco Anita’s in Okanogan, Mi pueblo,Market in Brewster and Tacos La Roca in Chelan!!! Thank you!!! “Today (04/27/2023) was my first experience shopping from this bakery, and so far so good. One of the staff members was cleaning when I went inside, and bakery had that wonderful, fresh bread smell. I ordered a tres leches cake, and though I have not tasted it, I have hope that it will taste good. The girl who served me was pretty accurate in terms of what I wanted included, as I had some design choices, and she seemed to be able to incorporate those changes into the order that I placed. I only hope that the taste is as good as it smelled inside this bakery”
