Sports keg really holds a special place in our hearts. My husband and I went there on our very first date and we went again today, on our 6th dating anniversary. There are a couple of the servers there that recognize us every time we go in, which is at least twice a month and sometimes once a week. In the 6 years we've been frequenting there, we've only gotten "poor" service, and I use that term very loosely because it was honestly understandable and we weren't even bothered by it. When we went in today, and saw one of the regular servers that we always talk with, it really meant a lot that she stopped by on her way out and talked with us. We mentioned it was our anniversary and she bought us a couple of shots on her way out. We love going to Sports Keg and will continue going there regularly, for as long as we can, because we'd much rather support a local bar that has as good of service, food, and drinks as they do.

Stars BC I am low maintenance. The place was super busy and really could have used a Food runner and busser to assist the servers. I was in BC I was in the area on business. Had to wait for my arrival to where I needed to be. Therefore I stopped in for a taste of local food and Atmosphere.I met the lead Cook and the one who cooked my burger (with shrooms and bacon) I would like to mention that the Bun needs to have MORE texture. (It basically fell apart- not cool). Chips and salsa were pretty good. Pretty sure they were made in house as the menu states. Lots and lots of TVs. Pool tables for all. A split restaurant.Bar area. Dining area. Pool area to the right and left far said. First time I've seen that. However the parking is tight for the occupancy level. Which may be good. That way guest wont be crowded in. My pitcher of Mac-n-Jack 20$. Burger 17. Chips and salsa total 50$.Place was well lit and clean. The servers were well spoken and smiled. The guest all seemed nicely dressed as far as clean and comfortable. Carpet through out. That's nice. Keeps the decibel level down. Would definitely return solo or would take others as well as recommend. Service for 8 was happening and seemed all was great.

I was in Burlington on a rescue dog transport and since it was running late, I stopped in here for a bite. Was I ever glad that I did. Friendly staff, and wow, the food. I had the Philly cheesesteak with the garlic parmesan waffle fries and tartar sauce. Now, I know that a Philly cheesesteak purest would vigorously differ on if this was a real cheesesteak, but I'm from Canada, and we don't have those there. We don't have A LOT of stuff there, but that's a whole other kettle of fish. I was in sandwich heaven. My eyes are def bigger than my stomach, so I took half home. The waffle fries were a thing of beauty. And the tartar sauce? HOMEMADE. Chef's . Sooooo good.Last night I was on another transport and that sucker was late, so where did I go? You better believe it. The grill was down and the late night menu was valid, so I had waffle fries with tartar sauce, mozzarella sticks, and while I wasn't going to get dipping sauce, My server, Rose, remembered my lament about ranch dressing in Canada, and she put in some buttermilk ranch. Well, hallelujah and praise the Lord! That's homemade, too! While I'm not ever going to give up universal healthcare and a good social net, I'm not above schlepping my butt to Burlington when I get a craving for a good sammie and dips! Rose, you're an angel from Heaven. Bless you.

Terrible attitude and service. My boyfriend, best friend and I went in to play pool. It was our first stop of the night and everyone was sober. We waited 10 mins before the bartender came to us, and she immediately said “I’m not serving you, you’re all drunk and your eyes are glossed over.” We thought she was joking because we were literally all sober. She seemed to be very stressed. If you can’t handle bartending on a Saturday night get a new job.

Nice sports bar with a decent selection on tap. Staff was friendly and provided great service. Plenty of pool tables and they charge per hour so you don't need a pocket full of quarters. We'll definitely be going again.
