“We had an excellent experience at Holly’s Place. The moment we walked in we were greeted by the very friendly staff. They explained how things worked at this location. They have lots of old timey candies and toppings for the frozen yogurt. Would highly recommend for a sweet treat in Centralia.“

“We had a mobile order and showed up a little late to get our food, and we weren’t able to get it the night we ordered it and the staff was extremely helpful and kind in making sure everything was fixed and made right for us the next day. “Cute little diner with nice outdoor seating. Sun in the morning during summer. If you picture small country town diner cliche you have a sense of the interior. Seats are comfortable.I have had great breakfasts here. Never in for lunch or dinner. Friendly service even though I was obviously not a local. The server knew most people’s names who came in. One guys asked if he had any messages waiting when he walked in. He cackled heartily at his own joke. The server gave him a familiar eye roll. Lovely sitcom kind of interaction.Portions were generous, cost was reasonable. Eggs were real eggs and prepared perfectly.I’ve had several menu items and the standout favorite for me is the steak skillet. Generous portions of perfectly medium steak bites mixed with green peppers, onions and tomatoes. Covered with cheese, gravy and perfectly over easy eggs and wheat toast. It’s really not as heavy as it sounds.I can’t wait to go back. East on and east off from the freeway when heading north. Haven’t been there when heading south.“

“You can't beat the 7.00 meals. I love the chicken strips with a sundae and a drink and fries. Not a bad meal to split with someone. You pay more than that for just a burger at some places, even McDonald's and Jack in the box. It's a great value!“
