Place is pretty good. But I legit get a plain bagel with plain cream cheese toasted everytime I go in. Legit the easiest thing but it takes them forever to complete it. Even when I get it there's like no cream cheese. Like it not hard. But at least the coffees good!
This place could be so wonderfully efficient, but it is limited by inexperienced employees who are poor are dilleniating responsibility. The food and drink are delicious, but it should not take customers 10+ minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese with only 5-10 orders in a que. Very clearly run by collegiate staff and the service reflects that with employees standing around, phones out, and only a few actually getting orders done.

I have to drive all the way from Liberty Lake for a bagel, but they are totally worth the drive.Owner: I know the location in downtown failed, and sorry about that, downtown is terrible. But if at first you don't succeed try trying again in Spokane Valley or Liberty Lake, you'll see. Or release your secrets of how you make the schmeer.
