I left my phone at home which had my CarolinaCard and other cards in it, so I asked to pay in cash. The assistant manager had forgotten the cash tray today so she paid for my bagel! It brightened my day and I will be paying it forward today. Very understanding staff and quick service.
The bagels here are great when they actually make them. The workers are nice and don't slack, but you can tell they're understaffed. They usually only have one worker preparing GrubHub orders when there should at least be two or three. It's quicker to go through the line than through the app, which makes no sense at all. You can wait over an hour after ordering on GrubHub, and your order still won't be ready. Like I said, the bagels themselves taste great, but it's like flipping...read full review

I've never been here. I came to the reviews to see if I wanted to visit and am glad I did. I will not be visiting. I'm in Columbia visiting from Charlotte and I love Einstein Bagels and never paid $5.00 for a bagel and cream cheese. I can get 2 in Charlotte for $5.00. This is sad and sickening. Definitely taking advantage of college students.
